Re: File/Tag Info (Bug)

Tom I never realised the Tag info related to Wav format, they aren’t natively normally tagged as they don't, or didn't, store metadata. Last time I tried there was often a slight hiss at the end of the file so never tried again. I may well be out or date, at my age I often am so my grandchildren tel...

Re: Help! Unable to record after Windows update

Hi It could be an incomplete update, happens more often tan advertised. One easy way if you need to get recording again is to use Windows Rollback but you can only do this if you are in the 10 days since the update. Windows start Menu | Settings |Update & Security | Click on Update History, at t...

Re: Won't put bar markers in alignment with clips

You can edit or delete the markers if you take the key sig out of them also zooming right in the click timings don't seem correct to me & sudden't snap be at triplets.

Re: Won't put bar markers in alignment with clips

Hi Ian

Well I can't actually move any of your markers ! but is it to do with Mixcraft, I assume reads ahead & 9/8 to 7/8 it's trying to loose 2 beats.

Re: Fader Level vs. Volume Envelope Confusion and Gain Staging

Strange I have the Advanced 8, Neutron 2 etc but I don't ever remember paying for insight - unless it was included with Ozone 7 when I bought that bundle.

Re: Fader Level vs. Volume Envelope Confusion

Hi Dale I believe many, if not most, vst plugins have an optimum input level which is generally around -18db. If you use Izotope Ozone 8 I think you should also have Izotope Insight installed. Putting that on your chain will give as much information about your levels as you can possibly get. You mig...

Re: Problem with MusicLab Guitar series of products

Hiya

I haven't got a settings file that I know of.
When you say export audio are you referring to mix-down in Mixcraft or using export from within Realgutar ?

If you send the midi file you have on the track that's skipping beats either here or PM me I'll try it here.

Re: Problem with MusicLab Guitar series of products

When you open the interface, (select Realguitar vst from the vst instruments then click on the Edit drop down to open the GUi. You will see the Midi, pattern, song, dirct etc tabs across the middle.

Re: Problem with MusicLab Guitar series of products

Hiya I run the same ones without a hitch. Much depends on the setting you have in the RealGuitar GUI. If you are playing a mid file not created in RG or have exported from the song tab and imported to Mx8 track then it could be you don't have Midi tab selected in Real Guitar. If you have Song tab se...

Re: Undo Split Tracks

If you select all parts on a track and click "merge track" it will join them all back together. I never noticed any loss of edits but try it on one track. If it does lose the edits then use undo (Ctrl-Z) otherwise do the rest. If unsure save project under another name so you still have you...

Re: Video preview not working

Hi I'm not going to be of much use here but I have to agree with Greg. I have made many videos with MX7 Pro & MX8 pro without a hitch, some pretty long & complex too. I also do a lot of editing with Edius so perhaps I've got some good codecs onboard. I've never loaded any of the free codec p...

Re: Neutron & Neutron2 both not Loading on song opening

Can't say I've ever had a problem - work fine for me. Craig.
The only issue I think happens when I am using Neutron2 is Mixcraft refuses to close - but not every time so it may be a combination of others plugins.

Not help in your situation, sorry.

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

Any PDF printer will save locally and the WIndows 10 print to pdf is actually quite good.

If there is no other printer installed then set Print to PDF as the default printer.

Re: Voice Synthesis

Anyone think it possible for one vocalist to actually train their voice to sound like another??? Yeh I know: anything is possible (or is it???). If you want to see how a pro does it look up Joe Longthorne, an amazing voice in his own right but he doesn't always use his own. Here's one with Dame Shi...

I am sure that 99% of users on this forum take note of help & assistance Mark so gracefully gives his time to offer. His responses are precise, even if on occasions they expand a little further than one needs, but always constructive and often invaluable. I could well understand if he was to bec...
