isuper, are you recording to a click track (metronome) in the first place? It sounds like what you're trying to do is to rework the (lack of) rhythm of a track which is already recorded, and/or you are not duplicating or looping the chorus. Is my understanding correct? Great results. I thought the fact that it was a stereo playback of an obviously mono source made me wonder. Leads me to wonder if there is not a better source somewhere. But sounds good!

OP, what is your audio source? Sounds like someone's using a stereo stylus on a mono source. For starters!

Mixcraft sucks for notation, in my opinion. You may be better off starting from scratch with Musescore.
