One Quiet Night - original Christmas carol

Postby freightgod » Wed Dec 13, 2017 5:50 pm

My 'simple country choir' is going to debut this on Christmas Eve. I even notated the piano and arranged it for SATB! Thank goodness for Musescore, as I can't read music.

When we practiced this last weekend it marked the very first time I've heard one of my songs performed by someone other than myself. Chills, people! I almost couldn't believe it

And this marks my daughter's very first vocal recording :D

It's a bit early, but Merry Christmas, everyone!

Very nicely done. Tell your daughter she has a beautiful voice.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

This is very nice and I get the strong sense that a lot of care and effort was put into it.
You should be proud!
Stay in tune, Mark

Thanks, guys.

I hope it sounds natural because I made literally hundreds of edits to get the vocal right. No autotune though :o
