Youtube blocked this worldwide, so you'll have to use the Dropbox link here. I noticed when listening to Donald Trump's State of the Nation Speech during the night here in UK that it appeared to have the exact spacing of Ian Dury's Hit Me with your Rhythm Stick so I downloaded the speech video and loaded the track. I only had to cut the applauses out to get it to work (no tempo or pitch adjustment). I think it works best at the end of the track, which is only several minutes into the speech. I haven't checked the rest of it out ... yet. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xhotigkihqdwuyz/Hit%20me%20with%20your%20Trump%201c2.mp4?dl=0
FWIW: I fell asleep during the SOTU speech last night.

Yeah, I walked off and it occurred to me when I was in the kitchen. I thought it was rhythmically interesting. He always sounded like Walt Disney wrote his speeches so I'm not surprised you fell asleep
