Hi,
I try to print printable disc on my iP4700 printer without success. I Preference I check "Don´t auto-set paper...". In the print dialog mediatype is set to printable disc and the option CD-tray G in the properties dialog.

When I start printing I'm asked to insert the disc. After a short while a printer error message tells that I must close the front tray for printing can be started.

Whats wrong ?

I remember another post similar to this where the guy had to hit some button on the printer that fixed the issue.

In Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker, what do you have selected in the label maker's Paper Type setting?

You should choose the template for your Canon iP4700 if you want to print directly on discs.

If you don't have a template for your printer, download and install the paper update from the Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker list of papers and printers page.
