I recently purchased a Presonus Audiobox USB interface and I had a few issues and questions with the drivers. I called their technical support center. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and emailed me special instructions etc etc to answer my questions and fix my issues.

Normally, I would not have posted this except for... They have many support people. But go figure.. I called and got Travis... he is this guy
