Hi folks, I just downloaded the latest iTunes version 11 and now my Accoustica CD/DVD Label Maker (version 3.33) pops up a window saying "iTunes inoperative - We couldn't find any iTunes playlists - The most likely cause is that iTunes is not installed on this computer". Is their a way to redirect the path so Label Maker can find my playlists? I have windows 7. Thanks, jednked
I have the latest version of iTunes 18.104.22.168. The path to my iTunes library has changed, because in actuality I bought a new pc. But I did a reinstall of both iTunes and Label Maker when I changed over. My old pc was Windows XP and now I have Windows 7 and I did have to drop my library from my old pc to the new, so the path did change. But when I did the reinstall of Label Maker, shouldn't that have "refound" the new path? Thanks for the earlier response, jednked

Yes label maker should find the location of the itunes library as long as you don't specify an odd location for the library when installing itunes. It might be a restricted windows user account issue too. Try reinstalling both itunes and label maker from an administrator account, and then run them both that way as well.
Hi Eric, As per your instructions, I reinstalled my Label Maker and iTunes from administrator, but still no luck getting the program to recognize iTunes. Is their a back door way of directing the path myself? Thanks for your help. jednked
