I have used Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker for several years without any problem. Now i'm having a problem printing DVD case labels to plain paper it centers in the 8 1/2" top to bottom but in the
11 1/2" left to right it does not Center I can set Alignment to the left or right but still cannot both end line's on paper I'm using plain Paper DVD case A4 also if I use Plain Paper DVD case US I still have the same Problem. I have 3 Printers HP Officejet Pro 8600, Brother HL 2100 Laser Printer and an Epson Artisan 810. Have the same problem on all 3 printers. There was a time when I was'nt having this problem, What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

If you're in the U.S. printing on 8 1/2" by 11" paper, you should not choose the A4 template. You should definitely use the Plain Paper US template.

If you don't already have version 3.33 of Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker, you should update.

I'm using the 8 1/2"x11" Plain Paper US label centers the 11" direction prints center Fold Line's and the Border lines in the 11" direction but not the Border lines on the left or Right end for the 8 1/2" direction I do have the 3.33 version. They have had no updates since 2010 I like the program but seems like they just don't support it anymore.

We have been making regular updates to the templates that are available in the label maker.

What is the exact name of the template you're choosing? Is it "Plain Paper DVD Case (US)?" When I choose that for 8 1/2" by 11," I get a message that it won't fit. Is that what you're getting?

Yes it is plain paper DVD case US. I get the same message I think there are 3 choices 1 shrink to fit, 2 cut 1.5 Milimeters off 3 ?

I see what you're saying. It would be normal for it to be cut off if the border area was larger than the printable area that your printer can print, but if you choose the "fit" option, you should probably see the entire border.

Can you print on legal-sized paper with your printer? You could use the legal-sized template.

I can manualy feed A legal size sheet of paper and it prints border lines on both sides approxmately
10 13/16" between lines
I Measured a 8 1/2' X 11" sheet of paper and it is only 10 15/16" long
My Printers use to print the Border lines I don't know why it dosen't anymore guess I will just have to live with it.
