I have Mixcraft 5, which I bought on Amazon, have the CD/box and Reg numbers etc and would like to upgrade to M6.

However, I've no idea which email I bought it with (2/3 years ago), and none seem to be recognized by the Acousitca site upgrade page.

I did write to them several days ago, but had no reply, how do I go about getting the $20 upgrade.
