Ducking or Side Chaining in Mixcraft 6?

Postby Brother Charles » Tue Jan 29, 2013 2:11 pm

Hello fellow Mixcrafters . :)

Is it possible to use "ducking" or side chain compression within Mixcraft 6?

Thanks & God Bless,

Hi,

You can do sidechaining or ducking in Mixcraft with third-party plugins like Twisted Lemon Sidekick4.

Thanks for the reply, Greg.

Please consider this a humble, yet urgent, feature request. Most nearly every other respectable DAW incorporates side-chaining. I really like Mixcraft, but as my skills are improving, I also need more advanced professional-grade features. Primarily, side-chaining.

We need 64bit support, and side-chaining. :)

Thanks Acoustica for all of your excellent products. Please keep up the good work.
Thanks & God Bless,
Bro. Charles

Hey guys,

I was about to ask the same question, but since Brother Charles already asked it, let me second the suggestion for the addition of sidechaining to mixcraft.

Cheers!

Aldo.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.

For now, Twist Lemon Sidekick works quite nicely.
