Hello Everyone,
This is my first post here so I'm sorry its a problem one. I have, several times, tried to download the update to printer templates but Norton IS 2013 will not allow it, as shown on the attachment.

I know I can override the program but I would appreciate admin comment about this.

Hi,

Did you download it directly from Acoustica.com? If so, this is what anti-virus software developers call a "false positive." Here is Norton's page for reporting false positives:

Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive)
