Hi

I use Mixcraft 5 to create my podcast Radio Maverick. I was wondering if Mixcraft allows me to display the track title of the current song being played. My show is one long mp3.

Hi,

You can add track markers that have titles in them. Right-click in the timeline that runs across the top of Mixcraft to add the track markers, then add something in the title box. You'll then be able to see the track titles next to the top of the marker.

Hi Greg

I got up to there, but when I mixdown to an mp3 and play the mp3 on say Windows Media player, the track title information does not show up on Media Player. It just shows me the main title.

Let me explain. Let us assume I have a Mixcraft project titled "Today's Show" which contains two songs Let It Be by The Beatles and Thriller by Michael Jackson. I create the project, add the two songs, add markers at the beginning of each song. Now I mixdown the project to an mp3. When I play the mp3, Media Player will only show me "Today's Show" as the track title. What I would like is for the title of the song currently playing to be displayed.

I hope I was clear in explaining the issue.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

The only way to do that would be to separate the audio into individual tracks. There's no way to have different track title information display at various points during playback.
