Printer compatibility

Postby Jons01 » Tue Mar 12, 2013 5:20 pm

I have an Epson Artisan 800 that has never worked properly (Epson has sent 4 refurbished units in an attempt to find one that worked.) Now it is out of warranty and Staples has offered to replace the Artisan with a printer of equal value or less. I have downloaded the latest templates. I am looking at an Epson Expressions XP-600 and XP-800. Both are listed on the Acoustica site, but neither one comes up in the template options. Epson just suggests their rather crummy software. I love my Acoustica and want to continue to use it. I am open to suggestions.

Quit the label maker if it is running then download and install the Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker label update.

For future reference, you can always find the latest label update at the top of Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker's list of supported paper and printers.
