I can't make the printer work properly. I up-graded from a Canon pro9000, it worked fine but I cannot find a Pro-1 driver. It was supplied with a "H" cd tray. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I passed along your request to the software developer. When we have a template, it will show up on the Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker paper and printer list and you can download the "label update" from that page to add it.

Hi,

If the Canon Pro-1 has a "K" tray, you can try downloading and installing the Acoustica label maker label update and try the Canon Pro-100 template.

Let us know if it works!

Hello, Greg,

I wonder if there has been any development with the driver/template for Canon Pro-1? When do you expect to update the software?

My Canon Pro-1 only has an "H" tray, so the Canon Pro-100 template does not work for it and the software kind of becomes useless in my case.

Thank you

Hi,

Try downloading and installing this special update file and see how the template works for you.
