Oxygen 49 midi keyboard help

Postby BeatMaker1 » Sat Aug 24, 2013 7:13 am

Alright, so since June i've had my Oxygen 49 and it's great. It works pretty well in Mixcraft except this.

I can't use the channel mixing desk or the "STOP" "PLAY" "PAUSE" "LOOP" and "RECORD" buttons on the keyboard. When I press them nothing happens. Though the pitchbend and modulation works fine.

Any help? :D

You are going to need to use the "MIDI learn" feature.

If you go to the "Mix" menu and select "Control surfaces" you can "teach" mixcraft how your keyboard works and can assign the functions you want to the buttons that you want.

Best of luck

Check your manual under 'control surface automation' and there will be instructions on how to configure Mixcraft to use those buttons. I haven't done that per se but have programmed other command codes into my knobs on my Oxygen 8 using those instructions.
