A previously registered MC5 has unregistered itself? help!!!

Postby kabuchi » Sun Aug 25, 2013 5:48 pm

Hi

I have a MC5 on an old laptop that i have. Recently, it has unregistered itself, I still have the original CD and email with codes on the CD jacket as when I bought it years ago. It has failed to register or re-register .

What do i do ?

thanks

You can try going to the lost code help page which you can find under the support tab at the top of this page (or this link might work http://acoustica.com/cgi/getcodes.asp).

I know it isn't always possible but also consider upgrading to Mixcraft6 - it is $20 and a great upgrade (although you will have to retrieve your code first).

If all else fails request support directly from Acoustica - http://acoustica.com/product_support/re ... upport.htm

Good luck

John
