Sound Tab View

Again-not knowing a good subject line-
What I want to do is switch tracks in the sound tab/drum map/piano roll view area but keep my place in MC6. Every time I high light/click another track the start time moves to the click point.

Hi,

Set your position marker (might not be it's proper name) in the the timeline then right click on the clip in the track you want to edit. This will activate the clip in the piano roll without moving the position marker and bring up a context menu which you can left click away at some neutral position in the UI.

Hey,
Playback Indicator-potato/potato-I knew what ya meant! Thanks-maybe they'll call this The Chibear in MC7! I was using the snap to grid. The intro (which is the main part I was trying to "line up")started where I wanted. But no matter what snap setting I used the verse came in early/late. Which lead to this post.
