Plugins crashing when trying to mixdown to WAV

Postby Dogmandan » Fri Jan 31, 2014 4:54 pm

Currently, when I attempt to mixdown my sessions to a WAV file, the Classic Reverb effect crashes. It seems to happen in more than one session, and as well only happens when I mixdown to WAV.

What settings are you using? Try mixdown to 44100, 16 bit.

Alright it appears to be working after mixing down to that quality; I've been mixing down on the "Super Hi-fi" setting which would be 192000, 24bit /)_-
Mixing down at 96000, 16bit seems to work too, so I guess I'll be using that.
Still wondering why it crashed the plugins, too high quality I guess?

Yep! Some of the plugins can,t handle being mixed down to high settings. Most mix downs sound fine at 44100, 16 or 24 bit. Higher is good for streaming, around 96000.
