I was wondering is there a way to save files made in beatcraft as just a midi file .. While wav ogg and mp3 are nice to have a midi drum track might be easier to change timing wise

Hi,

Beatcraft doesn't have any MIDI support at all.

Hi,

We do have a 30 day refund policy if you're not satisfied with Beatcraft. If you want a refund, please submit an Acoustica Support Request.

We also have free trials on all of our software, so be sure to try before you buy!

I'm just wondering...
what if we were to take a beatcraft project, render out each piece of the kit separately to individual tracks, then use an audio to midi converter vst for each track once it's in Mixcraft. :?:

yes,I know Melodyne or Cubase can do this but they're still pretty expensive.

Hi,

You could slice the beats and use them in Omni Sampler That's a whole new option for Beatcraft.

Slice transients would probably be the way to go.

that seems like it would get to be pretty time consuming.
I'll jsut stick w/ the e-kit as triggers & Mixcraft drums for now and work on playing better.

it would be nice if the Beatcraft samples could be incorporated as Midi compatible.
