I have a sort of unique problem. I had to remove my HP Envy printer and then re-install it due HP software problems. When I go to select printer on Acoustica it shows the HP Envy as being on the network but when I try to print it's not being recognized. How do I remove it and have it be re-identified by Acoustica .
You're not going to believe this one. I posted my question about 2:00 pm on Wednesday. On Thursday morning about 3:40 am I woke up to some noise and investigated and found my printer printing the item I requested. So roughly 13 and half hours later it decides to print my item. I think there's gremlins floating around somewhere. It is almost Halloween. I may have to perform an exorcism on my printer to get rid of the spooks.
