Re: Best Audio USB Input For Mixcraft?

Hi. Are there any recommendations for a good USB interface for Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio? I have an old one that is working but needs upgrading. I dont have a lot of money so something between £100/£150 in the UK. Many thanks Scott Not sure there's really an audio interface works esp better or worse wi...

Re: Copyright Registration - Can I Claim Single Author?

? Not getting the diff in the 2 things you're comparing. From what I gather, yeah pretty much what Mark said, if someone really likes your work and wants to rip you off and has the financial backing, they probably can...(even if they don't have the financial backing they could get away with it) and ...

Re: What are your top 3 feature requests for Mixcraft 9?

It's NOT TOO LATE to add this "feature!"

Give us more time to try it. :) My life isn't amazing but I have one and a full-time job that isn't music, so 14 days isn't near enough time to try it out. 60 days like Reaper would be fantastic, but even 30 would help a lot.

Re: Will future versions of Mixcraft work on Win7?

FWIW: I recommend getting Windows 10 and start getting use too it now. I don't! Even Microsoft doesn't guarantee updates for Win 7. You really should update and see what you've been missin' No he shouldn't. :) Sorry not a fan of Win 10 for a variety of reasons. If you don't have to...

Re: What are your top 3 feature requests for Mixcraft 9?

Here's a stupid one but I'm in UX, so -

Don't put a big "9" in the application's green icon. Put an "M." Or better yet, "MC" (which stands for Mixcraft but subliminally means Master of Ceremonies  ).

2. Make the UI only a bit more modern as other users says. But please do not lose the good MC usability. Some simple modifikation ideas with great effects could be: a) remove the gradients or glass effects to make it more flat designed, eh. I guess this is the going trend but not a fan of that flat...

Greg, pretty sure he's talking about the list of plugins, not track names.....

Re: What are your top 3 feature requests for Mixcraft 9?

One tiny thing to finish :D. Any chance of a way to rename VSTs inside Mixcraft? Right now I have lots of instruments and effects showing up with names like, "name_of_plugin_x64_2.14b", and it's just a bit ugly to look at. Why not just rename the DLL file itself? I've done this numerous t...

Re: Thats it i am done, I am sorry, its been a good run folks.

Yeah not sure what "a lot" of tracks means, I don't have hundreds etc, but I've used the programs he mentions and many more "professional" level plugins, no issues to date. And I am using 64-bit with both 64 and 32 plugins. And on a low-end PC yet. I can appreciate how frustratin...

Re: PC:

What Mark said. A high-end i5 will out-perform a lower-end i7 easily; don't get wrapped up in that i5 vs i7 stuff. More important is the chipset (and there are about a billion now, what a fragmented cluster it all is) and of course how much RAM you have. Based on the OP, yes, I think an 8000-series ...
