That works but...
The problem with solutions like that IMO is that when you toggle it back..... What was the original setting at?
A mute/unmute function would be simple in its elegance instead.

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

Perhaps there is already a simple solution that I have overlooked: But often when working in the piano roll I have desired a simple quick method of muting notes or set of notes temporarily to aid in the editing/composition process. Simple suggested solution= Rt. Click on a note or group of highlight...

Re: Bias FX 2 - quick look at cleanish sounds

I've heard very good things about the Bias plug ins, and the tones you are getting are very nice. Any thoughts on a direct comparison to Amplitube4 (which I believe you said you also use)?

Edit:auto spelling correction.

Re: adding audio to video

No need to apologize, we welcome newbies here! You will need to "mix down" the project to a video format. Which one may rely on the specific codecs installed on your computer, but try mp4 for example. "File/mix down to-/" etc. try it and see what works. Let us know! And by the wa...

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

I run a dual install, but have never tried that, because as previously noted- in my experience 64 bit MX loads 64 bit plugs. And I aim to use 64/64.
If for whatever reason I load MX 32, it presents the option if both are avail.
It works fine for me.

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

Nah. Its non-productive. I easily get hyperfocused on fixing something that kills a bunch of time. Its silly when there are alternatives that just work. 8)

Re: Mixcraft not saving and freezing Please help

The project appears to be using a pretty sizeable memory footprint. Though its not a large percentage of your avail mem, I would still suspect there's too much going on in the background. Make sure all other programs, including web browsers etc. are closed and re-evaluate the project. See also the &...

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

There is a third folder in my installation, "common folders" or whatever for vst3 So far my experience has been that VST3s will not show up in Mixcraft unless they are in that third folder. I tried moving them to the Program Files/VST and Program Files x86/VST locations and no dice! I don...

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

Yeah, I am also at a loss. Not sure I understand the problem.

"Both reference the same folders"
I don't see any reason that's a bad thing.
