Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

Perhaps there is already a simple solution that I have overlooked: But often when working in the piano roll I have desired a simple quick method of muting notes or set of notes temporarily to aid in the editing/composition process. Simple suggested solution= Rt. Click on a note or group of highligh...

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

Greg, I think there is some misunderstanding here. What is trying to be achieved is that the 64 bit version of Mixcraft only show and use 64 bit vst/vsti. Likewise the 32 bit version only show and use 32 bit. Since both versions access the same folders where the vst’s are stored (the .dll’s) we are ...

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

So, tell us what folders to edit/rename/remove and what to set up if we wanted to only have 32 or 64 bit vsts show up? :D

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

For Greg, does Mixcraft have a default vst folder that doesn’t show in the preferences tab. For example, if you took out all the folders in the vst preference tab, would you still show any vst’s in Mixcraft? :D

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

Not sure what you mean. You can move the .dll’s to any folder you want and then point Mixcraft to that folder. I don’t think there is a default folder that you can’t remove. If there is , then remove the .dll’s from the folder. :D

Re: 32 vs. 64 Bit Plugin Reference

What you could do is create a folder for each set of plugins and point the 32 bit Mixcraft to the 32 bit folder and the 64 bit Mixcraft to the 64 bit folder in the preferences. Take out any other folder locations you don’t want. :D

Re: Comments

Come on guys! Don’t take everything so seriously. You have both contributed to help other users. Not everyone has the same interests in music so some types get more comments than others. Some of the songs I posted show it was read by 100 + people and I only got one or two comments. Just enjoy the mu...

Re: Fade out one Note?

In the piano roll select the note you want to fade out and use the volume cc command. Have a big bar at the start of the note and shrink it down as you go to the end of the note. Check the user manual for piano roll and cc commands. :D

Re: Run Through The Jungle

Thanks Ian, appreciate the effort! I’ve been ill for several years and my voice is starting to feel the effects. I suppose what would help is to find a good key for me these days. It’s strange but I can do different songs in the same key and one will cause me to strain and the other will be within r...

Re: Run Through The Jungle

Thanks, the guitar work is better listened to on headphones or home stereo. It has quite a bit of separation. Plus, it’s a staple of CCR tunes to have up front guitar. Appreciate the comments, though! :D Thanks for not killing the vocal!

Run Through The Jungle

Great CCR tune 1970. My take, voice is starting to waiver. Comments welcome.
