Re: DMXIS VST

Looks like your program works as a vst plugin that uses a midi track with midi messages to control the hardware. This is from the user manual: The easiest way to create a fully automated light show with the plug-in is as follows: • Create a number of banks & presets for all the looks you want in...

Re: Yamaha PSR-S975 - What am I doing wrong?

Here’s a link to the computer operations manual for your keyboard. Note that you need some specific drivers to do audio, see page 5 in the manual. It references a Steinberg audio driver. Some other good info also. https://usa.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/4/329494/computer_en_rm_m0.pdf#page...

Re: Yamaha PSR-S975 - What am I doing wrong?

Ok Chief, one more time. Your keyboard has a line out, correct? Do you have to do anything on your keyboard to direct it to use the line out? On your sound card there is a line in jack, not Mic 1 or 2. Make sure you go to this input. If you plug headphones into your computer, do you hear your keyboa...

Re: Possible bug?

Delete track (singular). Also, on the project I had this happen, I cleaned out some unused tracks, and the issue seems to have gone away. It only seem to happen if I add an audio track to the end of the project below an existing audio track. I’ll see if it happens again. :D

Possible bug?

Greg, I posted this once before. I have a project where I add a new audio track and it links to the previous track somehow. In other words if i try to remove the new track it deletes the linked track also as well as other weird issues. Should I send you the project file? Anyone else had this issue? ...

Re: Yamaha PSR-S975 - What am I doing wrong?

In Win 10 some folks have had issues with recording what comes from their speakers or computer sound. Here’s an article that might help, especially the Option 1: Stereo Mix. :)

Re: Yamaha PSR-S975 - What am I doing wrong?

No problem, take care of your better half first. Forgot to ask what version of windows are you using? Did see this in the user manual though, might help. Enabling Stereo Direct / Bit Accurate mode 1. On Sound Blaster Audigy 5/Rx Control Panel, click the Speaker & SPDIF I/O tab. Ensure that the S...

Re: Yamaha PSR-S975 - What am I doing wrong?

Your internal computer setup and setting up for connecting to a DAW are different. You may find that once you get your DAW working you may not get other application sounds and have to reset. :D
