Re: For A Day

Really good sound! Harmonica is super and I like the tone of the guitar solo. Well played and produced!

Re: A Medley for the Birds

Nice tune and always nice to hear real acoustic instrument instead of vst:s. I imagine you had a good time recording this! Nice sound from both the acoustic and a real "woody" tone from the fiddle!

Re: Weird midi issue...help needed! SOLVED!!!

Ahhh! I solved! Through trial and error I finally found the culprit! I right clicked on the "midi"-button on the top and then clicked "restall", and voila the problem was gone!!!

Re: Weird midi issue...help needed!

Also, I think this has something to do with the problem! The key that is higlighted is the key that mutes everything! I would just like to get rid of this function!

Weird midi issue...help needed!

Hi, Yesterday when I was unable to get any sounds from a specific midi source, I started tampering with "Learn midi" within that specific VST plug in. Now I have this weird anomaly, that if I press a specific key on my keyboard, every track except one gets muted! See pic below. http://i66....

Re: Experimental Ambient: Triton's Wails

Very ambitious and a bit strange. I almost feel the world of another dimension or being. Would suit some strange kind of opera very well!

Re: Happy Trails (acapella)

Nice effort, refreshing! Very unusual and not your ordinary rock´n´roll! Did you use any pitch correcting devices?

As always, professional played, mixed and produced. Nice stereoeffects! Kind of relexing and meditative piece, nice guitars!
Well done!

Re: Progressive instrumental rock

This is super! Really professional sounding! I like the mix, the balance, the stereo-guitars, the arrengements, the performance...everything! Did you do this by yourself? I hear a little jazz, some celtic influences and Satriani of course. Is that a fretless bass? Sometimes it sounds like a Rickenba...

Re: This Way Up

I have only one minor remark. At the very beginning of the song, I can hear a few tounge-clicks on the vocals. This is a problem I´ve had many times Hmmmm yes you're right. In my laziness I edited only what was necessary, and then it was a last minute suggestion from Mark, to mute the instruments i...

Re: Steveolution

Ahhh...nice...love the guitars!
Well played, arranged and produced with a nice stereo image. I like the twin guitars, and the solo reminds me of early Joe Satriani. What drums are you using!
Nice job!

Re: This Way Up

I took a serious listen to this one (i.e wearing my precious headphones...) and I think it´s a well played, arranged and produced song. Very professional sounding, and nice stereo effects (nice acoustic guitar aswell). I have only one minor remark. At the very beginning of the song, I can hear a few...

Re: Throw back

Hi, I think it´s a very good effort! Did you play everything yourself? Acoustic drums? Impressive! That´s how I started out in the early 80´ies, but my recordings sounded awful compared to this! Your recording has a good underground vibe to it, and the only remark I have is that the cymbals sometime...

Re: New song...

Boogie down M@rkus! Where the heck is my white "John Travolta" suit? Great job of capturing the 70's disco essence! Excellent percussion track, and nice work on the bass-- I think Rutger would be proud 8) ...Rick. Thanks a lot for your kind words! Yes, John Travolta sprang to mind during ...
