Lounge Lizard

Postby jwnadal@gmail.com » Sun Mar 31, 2019 5:39 pm

What version of Lounge Lizard is included with Mixcraft 8 Pro version? I've tried tweaking the various controls on that Synth and I can't get the Rhodes pianos to sound close to the real thing. The sounds you hear when listening to Lounge Lizard in the posted samples of the various virtual instruments (especially the first one) is very good and has that classic funky sound you associate with the Rhodes. What sets-ups are used there or is that a different version from what is included in Mixcraft 8? Supposedly Lounge Lizard version 4 has the good sounds and it costs $199 stand alone. Someone please clarify.

Hi,

Mixcraft comes with version 3.1.4. Any demos we have posted would have been done with the Lounge Lizard that comes with Mixcraft.

Is there a demo version of v4? You might try it and see if you like it.

I think it's worth pointing out that Lounge Lizard is one of the best EP plugins you'll find anywhere. One hell of a "throw in" by Acoustica...
