Crossgrade approval delay?

Postby Bassmanx » Fri Jan 12, 2018 6:50 pm

Is anyone aware of a delay in the crossgrade approval process? I submitted the information for it 3 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. My trial will be up soon and I don't want a laps in service.

They are usually pretty prompt in my experience, but it is a small staff and sometimes they do take a break.....
Did you contact via the support tab or another method?

I am confident they will be back to you shortly.
Stay in tune, Mark

Windows 10 1709 wants to block everything it seems. Always good to check your email's Junk/Spam folder too.
Mixcraft 8.1 Pro Studio (418), Windows 10 Alienware laptop, Windows 10 64 bit, Behringer UFX1204USB mixer/interface.

Yes, and it's usually at the server level though. Like you would need to log into outlook.com with a browser and set up a rule to allow acoustica.com
