I am using Mixcraft 8.1 pro studio 64 bit and I'm having an annoying problem with melodyne. lately, important and very useful options have been missing from the menu tools bar in melodyne... melodyne came free with pro studio and worked great for a long time, but my question is... was it just a limited long period trial which has run out now and therefore I must pay to upgrade to the useful way it was ??? The opitions return when melodyne is deactivated but then disappear again when reactivated...
Yeah I have checked out melodyne 4 essentials and what you get with it is what I have. so all the tools are missing apart from one which isn't really a useful one. question is, did everybody who upgraded like me to mixcraft 8 only get melodyne essentials 4? it seems strange that I am the only one who has mentioned having these tools originally then losing them, should I of had melodyne assistant, editor or studio instead of essentials that I got when I upgraded to mixcraft 8?
I have Mixcraft 8.1 Pro Studio build 413 64-bit, and I see only the options you show in your first image, that is:

As far as I understand (reading the "editions compared" on Celemony website) this is the standard Essential version. The other options you see belong to other more expensive versions that have to be purchased separately.
Hi, For those of you who are thinking of upgrading, I believe Celemony have started offering 'Upgrade' packages where you only pay the difference if you have a current Melodyne license. (This is what I did and it works a charm)
Just throwing my two cents here so you don't have to splash out on a new licence.
At the end with Melodyne Essential 4 you can't do the following things: - polyphonic editing - deep editing of pitch formant, vibrato and glissando This demo of the Essential 4 version shows what you can do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pG0JSKD0GRI (the graphic may be slightly different from the Mixcraft version, but the options are the same)
If you scroll down on the Editions and Technical Matters page at Celemony.com, there's a chart called "The editions compared" that shows exactly what you get with each edition of Melodyne: Melodyne Editions and Technical Matters.
