Instrument showing up in effect list

Postby MusicMeister » Sat Sep 15, 2018 2:59 pm

I am having an issue where one of my vst instrument plugins is being recognized as an effect for some reason. Is there any way to indicate to mixcraft that it should be virtual instrument, not an effect?

Yeh. Which one???

I seem to remember having this same issue but with the stuff from "PizMidi" (and I see today the website has been suspended). The reason: the plugins have a seperate configuration file which has to be edited (and if memory serves me correctly it was exactly this i.e. should the plugins show as effects or VST instruments).
