Back to Mixcraft after an absence and great working this Bob Dylan song (pirated by Brit singer Adele.)
Deliberately kept the arrangement simple and only a total of 10 tracks.
A bit of help from EZKeys and EZDrummer and then just Acoustica's cavernous strings and stereo cello's.
Bass was my Stagg neck-thru active - beast of a bass! This was DI'd and only needed a little EQ to cut some of the low end. There are 4 guitar parts done with my PRS custom 22 and a luthier manufactured Telecaster with some 'trick' wiring. The way I work is to get the sound and tone I want - using only a Roland Mico Cube amp, then jacking from the headphone out into my AI (Foucusrite 18i8). Minimal plugins need - just flanger, light compression, bit of EQ and a bit of slap back delay.
The vox I make no excuse for - I'm 70! That's my story and I'm sticking to it! https://soundcloud.com/user-207376906/make-you-feel-my-love
