Re: Beat Mapping
Its not actualy that bad. The 134bpm 1/16 triplets operate as 178.22bpm 1/16ths. So as long as I am sticking to 16th notes and larger I can still use the snap settings. Some colorful markers at each bar help to make the "new" map.

Beat Mapping
okay, so I recently started a project and I did something a little funky with the Beat mapping. Currently the project settings are 4/4 time signature at 134 BPM. They should be 4/4 at 178.22. I want to preserve the current condition of the sound but only modify the beat mapping (and yeah i will have...

snap settings improvement suggestion
Could you guys make a button that shows all the snap settings at once. the 1/16triplets and 1/64's at the same time. Some the more funky stuff goes back and forth between the two a lot, and it can get confusing. Maybe the triplets could be dotted? IDK all the details are up to you guys, just a sugge...

feature request: Onboard Ruler
It might be nice to have a little ruler that you can move around on the tracks. Maybe its a clear or translucent ruler that you can place it on top of a clip, you can make a variety of colorful highlights at different positions on the ruler, and you can adjust the ruler length and loop/multiply it. ...

Re: loop is not proper length
thanks for the advice, anorax, that is what I have been doing, it made sense, but I never had any verification that that was the proper thing to do. But like I said this is a minor curiosity because a perfectly viable solution already exists with the time stretch, you just need to know your machine ...

Re: armed track not playing
that project seems to be corrupted now. I can't get any new midi tracks to arm. I've restarted mix craft twice. I'm considering a system reboot (sort of doubt that will work but ill try it) fortunately I've begun a practice of saving my projects after every change I make because this program is comp...

armed track not playing
so I was in playback mode and added a Virtual Instrument, froze up a little but then it started running again.(i immediately save case this shit crashes all the time). Then I touch the keyboard keys, no track is armed, but it starts to play from an unarmed track, (presumably the last on I had armed....

Re: loop is not proper length
did it again gained 1/32 of a measure over 34 seconds, looped a "perfect" clip 4 times. ??? made a report but I question whether the log file actually got attached. the god damn captcha thing kept saying I entered the wrong key. really? Anyways I've started a folder where I can keep the lo...

loop is not proper length
not sure why this is. but my loop has n been workig properly. I import a rendered beatcraft beat, same tempo as my mixcraft project. For some reason there is to much length to he rendered beat. I trim on the measure mark (snap to measure). The clip should be the same size as the measure, but to make...

Re: Two and a half feature requests please.
Hey Greg I'm having a never ending crash right now. mixcraft is not responding and it was during loop playback that this crash occured, so it keeps playing the five minute loop over and over and over. Which is nice cause I can at least get a recording of what will hopefully not be lost, just in case...

Re: Two and a half feature requests please.
Crop! And then Set loop to Crop! lol, wow I haven't even played around with that until now. Yeah that will work great. Thanks for showing me the basics. There so many wonderful features to learn I'm glad to have you as a Sherpa.
