Re: was the plug in crash on mixdown bug ever fixed?
Hm, was this established as a bug? Did you report it to the Acoustica staff? If not, you can't just assume it's a bug that will eventually get fixed. Often this kind of weird behavior is due to something specific to your system like a VST plugin or audio interface drivers. Yes it was reported to th...

was the plug in crash on mixdown bug ever fixed?
When mixing down, effects on the master crash make a horrible popping sound. It started happening in Mixcraft 8, both pro studio and regular. I'm up to date on the build. It really sucks having to mix down a bunch of times. sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Here's what it looks like after ...

Re: A Failure Has Been Detected In The Effect..
Happens to me as well, 99% of the time it's when i'm mixing down and its 99% on the master tracks, fabfilter proq, virtual mix rack, Virtual tape machines, VBC, etc. it makes a loud popping noise, I have to delete them, mix down again, sometimes I get lucky and it works, sometimes it doesn't. very f...

Help.
I'm trying to get a refund of mixcraft 8. I had prostudio 7 for years. The day mixcraft 8 was released my options to upgrade were, 29.99 to 8 or 99.99 to prostudio. Well I went ahead and bought mixcraft 8. A couple days later I got my code to upgrade code for prostudio for 39.99. On January 24 I sen...

Re: MC 8 Submix Bug
I've had this happen a bunch of times too, I thought it was my computer being overloaded but the usage never went over like 4. stop and start always fixes it.

Routing Question?
Hey All, Question about routing I guess, I have superior drummer loaded with each mic being routed to a different output. Say I want to do some processing on the Kick In mic, and the Kick Out mic, both separate EQ's for example. After that I want to add more EQ and compression to both of those Mics/...

Re: Guitar Pro 6
The main thing I use it for these days is the midi drum track. Say If I want to record a cover song, usually you can find a guitar pro file where someone has mapped out the drum parts, I then export the file as Midi, drag that into mixcraft and then delete whatever tracks I don't wanna use then go a...

Re: Drum time editing help
I must be doing it wrong, I can go in and add warp markers where I want and move them, but like I said before I cant group them and do them all together so if I move a bunch of snare hits on the snare track the bleed in the over heads is now off from the close mic of the snare so I have to go in and...

Re: Drum time editing help
If you are talking about real drums let me tell you I feel your pain! I just finished spending 4 days doing this. I had 8 tracks per song, (kick snare toms OH etc) and 7 songs to do. I started out using the audio quantization, warp feature in Mixcraft 7, but since you cant group in mixcraft  ...
