Re: How can you adjust PLAYBACK RATE for entire project?
Notice the word "return". What do you think that could possibly mean? Come on now, I know you can do it...... Is there really a need to slow down 40 tracks just to record something correctly? And correct me if I'm wrong but when you state 'return to the correct speed' you DO mean return t...

Thank you.chibear wrote: I have a project with about 40 tempo changes implemented via either markers or conductor track (as we are bringing in other DAWs). So I use the project tempo slider thingy and it changes all the different tempos relative to the original tempo?? Ya, I want that .

Re: How can you adjust PLAYBACK RATE for entire project?
...linking clips doesn't seem to be such an onerous task but I have never had many tracks to deal with in my projects. Therefore if you have many tracks it's an onerous task, yes? That's the difference between us AJ. Whether it's one or 1,000 I would do what it takes or not do it at all. I don't th...

Re: How can you adjust PLAYBACK RATE for entire project?
[You're making it an issue of semantics, it's not. It's as simple as this: adjust the bpm in MC and all the clips fly around all over the project, making it unplayable. Unless the basic terms are defined there can be no agreement on anything. Plus, linking clips doesn't seem to be such an onerous t...

Re: How can you adjust PLAYBACK RATE for entire project?
Here we go again. That changes the bpm of the track, not the playback speed. I'm not too sure why a 'playback speed' slider is such an important tool to have within in an un-rendered project but OK, no issue with that part. I'm just probably ignorant of that fact. What I have an issue with is seman...

Can I download Pianissimo as a separate plug-in?
I have Pro8 but want to be able to use Pianissimo separately on a Windows machine apart from MC. Is it possible?

Re: Microphone Recommendations
Has anybody got any recommendations or am I basically tied to the Rode NT USB or the AT2020+. The AT has a nice flat frequency response curve in the vocal range. Know that there are some problems with USB mics and Windows 10. You'll have to do the research on that if you want to. This situation loo...

Re: Stand alone PC, or general PC
Even a new computer has a lot of overhead flashed onto it already. Important too is where you are going to use it. A mean-and-clean dedicated computer in its own 'production' space would be ideal. So, if you are forced into using the space you already use for other things, I'd say that as long as yo...

Maybe it's just to let the user know the extent of the full screen has been reached. If you have a tool bar at the bottom of your screen like I do, you won't even see it unless you make the user window smaller.

Hey that's a fine one. Would you mind if I featured it at our next theater performance?
