Embrace
Been a long while since I released something. These days I find my self with almost unlimited time to work with music. Guess this corona virus has some positive side effects. At least if you don't get infected :? This one is a Dance EDM track (at least I think?). I wonder if I went too far with the ...

Re: Goodbye Eddy (progressive&experimental)
Takk for kommentaren din Robert
Ja det er ikke så mye liv. Men nå er det nå gøy å koke sammen musikk allikevel. Men jeg skal se meg om etter en plattform i tillegg til soundcloud. Får se om det blir tid til deg en kveld

Re: [closed] Saxophone player for a track needed
Hi :D Is there anyone here that plays the sax and would like to contribute to one of my projects? Other similar instruments is also interesting. Basically what I need is a saxophone solo that lasts for approximately 1 min and 40 seconds. Right now I have a plug in, but it's hard to get this to soun...

Goodbye Eddy (progressive&experimental)
Hi folks :) This has been a long almost never ending story. Sadly for Edward Snowden, the story look likes it's about end (at least if rumours are true). The project started in mixcraft 6 and we ended it in mixcraft 7 pro. The upgrade was to heavy use of memory. Lots of plugins through kontakt 5. Sp...

Re: Made with Mixcraft 6 Pro
Not bad :) I like your style. This track has similarities to a soundcloud artist called Jonathan Sigsworth. I'm a huge fan of him. All his music is so roomy, heavenly and catchy. It was the lead synth and the synth choirs you have used that made me think of this. and by the way: You must take this a...

Re: How do I make my recordings sound good through speakers?
I use a couple of cheap Koss PortaPro. Lol  They do sound very flat. I use to check my own songs in the car and in the living room where I have a pair of Bowers & Wilkins. Since the head phones suffer on the low tones, my projects usually start out with way too much bass. But this was really in...

Re: Modulation wheel on soundclip - no effect
The mod wheel tool is in the dropdown window in the MIDI section (Mixcraft) It creates something similar like vibrato on a guitar. Quite handy :) It could be that Mick is right. This VST plugin is not set up to work this way. I'll probably go with his suggestion and add that effect instead. Thanks t...

Re: Journey Unhinged
Agree with Lenox. Reminds me of my favoruites Pink Floyd. I'm also a huge fan of artists writing songs about real life stuff and not only love... love never grew old they say...yay... Great concept. This is where stuff gets real. Well put together and nice played :). I enjoyed listening to you...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I usually use "track volume" (under automation button) when I wish to change volume. I think (?) this is the only way to change volume on forexample guitar clips since when adjusting volume on the clip itself actually also changes the gain. So to my wish: Sometimes I need to move "all clips" in a tr...

Modulation wheel on soundclip - no effect
Hi I'm trying to add a little modulation on a organ soundclip. The organ itself is a vst plugin from Native instruments FM8. Funny thing is that if I try to add pitch bend it works alright. But the modulation effect is not heard. A side note: Pitch bend function works find on any mixcraft build in o...

Re: In A Moment (MsNickybee)
There where lots of good guitar playing here indeed, but not limited to that. Everything is perfect balanced. Lots of nice transitions between instruments. Specially I got my mind stuck on the way the two acoustic rythm guitars combine each other, but each on its own channel. At 03:25 they create th...

Re: Cracking noise between Loops
I sometimes have this issue as well.
I use to zoom in on the loopclip and then make a volum edit point at the end of the loop and fade the volume down to zero on (the volume level on the clip itself).
It's usually not noticable at all. But I'm not sure if its a good way to do it.
