It sounds like you'll need to change the CC# of either the buttons or of the receiving keyboard. They're sharing a number so if you go into Novation software and change the keys to different CC#'s you'll fix it.

Re: MVave Chocolate Midi Foot Controller
Does the controller have it's own software? It may need to be set up to send the commands you want, like button #1 is cc40, button #2 is cc41 etc.

Re: Stream into DAW
You can try the Voicemeeter plugin, it's been mentioned here before, I've also worked with it a couple times. If you set up the plugin correctly, through the monitoring function in mixcraft you can directly record/stream audio from video directly to the station. Voicemeeter virtual cables and VM Ba...

Re: Crackling again suddenly
I've tried reducing the sample rate to 48000 and I've also been playing back at a buffer 0f 1024. When I was recording my acoustic and vocals, I was using 96000 / 192 buffer with no issues. Try 48000 and 512 which is pretty standard and make sure that your windows settings are set to the same in au...

Re: Tonex or Amplitube?
Amplitube is the amp sim, Tonex is their online catalog of settings for the amp sim. I have Amplitube without Tonex and the presets it provides is more than enough for what I need. I bought the Fender add on and the Twin is my go to right off the bat, it's really good.

Re: Input selections for ASIO Sound Device not saving in MX 10.5 Build 596
Could it be a loose/bad usb cable from unit to PC, or maybe try different usb port? Just a thought because that's not a common occurrence.

Re: Which type of mic connection has best sound quality?
If it works it works. I'm just wondering what kind of signal you're getting from the amp to the pc. A way to think about the interface is that it's an external soundcard which you can use to record guitar/vocals/instruments much more efficiently and better to a pc. I would worry that an amp directly...

Re: Which type of mic connection has best sound quality?
You should consider getting an audio interface. You can get a more than capable unit for under $100 and it will make a world of difference.

Re: Driver Error Correction option for fixing latency?
What are your PC specs? If it's not a robust enough system there's no fix for that, not saying that's the case but it could be. 44.1k 16bit with 512 buffer is a good starting point though 48k 24bit seems to be the norm these days.

Right click on your speaker bottom right, scroll down to 'More Sound Settings' then make sure your interface is your default device. Highlight that device go to properties, click on advanced and it's there.

Also, in Korg Kontrol Editor the button in the top left (square just below edit) Global Midi Channel 1, Control Mode CC, LED Mode Internal. This is important!

Re: Getting the Korg nanoKontrol2 working with MX7 in Mackie mode
The midi learn should work no matter what, just hit the midi button and everything you can setup turns blue, highlight the thing you want to set, it turns a darker blue and move the knob/slider on the Korg. When you've done all of the midi learn there go into Mix > Midi Control Surfaces and set up t...
