I can't get video clips to open in Mixcraft 8. What am I doing wrong? I use to get them to open in 7 but I have now upgraded to 8 and I'm having problems opening them to edit.

Why is it that sometimes the only way to get sound is to reboot the computer? I'm pretty sure all of my settings are correct because most the time everything works perfectly but sometimes the sound just stops.
