Re: Import From CD
Thanks rrichard63 Having the facility to rip cd's in any DAW means you could rip a track from the cd straight to a track in the DAW. Now I need to rip the track I want to listen to into a folder then import it to the DAW. I have a lot of backing track cd's that would benefit from this but I guess i'...

Hi Guys
I was just wondering why Mixcraft cant import tracks from a cd and
will this be addressed in a future version please.

Previous Version of Mixcraft
Hi all
I am having trouble running Softube Plugins in Mixcraft Pro7
and I have emailed the company today to ask for a fix.
They recommend trying an earlier version of Mixcraft.
Would I be able to do this and if so how.
Thanks

Re: Win 10 Problem (Sorted)
I contacted Softube who are the makers of the plugin (Abbey Road Brilliance) I was having a problem with. I have now received a reply from them that states that there is a problem with the software in Win 10 and certain DAW's and unfortunately Mixcraft is one of the DAW's affected. In some cases it ...

Win 10 Problem
Hi All I recently upgraded my PC to Win 10 with no problems,or so I thought. When I run Mixcraft 7 Pro and try to load an iLok plugin Mixcraft stops working immediately. No error code nothing. I know the iLok files are ok as they work in my other other DAW so the question is do I have a problem with...

Re: Problem with a Plugin
OK I now have the plugin working but I only get echo
in the left ear and guitar in the right.
I have tried altering the Left/Right/Stereo on the track input
but it makes no difference.
It has to be a setting I just cant find it.

Re: Problem with a Plugin
In Sonar the program is in the VST folder. The Echo is picked up by Sonar when you do a VST scan same as Mixcraft. The patches are loaded into the program direct the patches can reside anywhere on the drive. I am using the VST version otherwise Mixcraft wouldn't recognise it. In Mixcraft I put the E...

Problem with a Plugin
HI Guys I am trying to use a plugin called PSP608 which is an echo. The plugin has patches which need to be loaded into it so I can choose between different echo's. Problem is the PSP608 loads fine and I can insert the patches into the program but when I try to use them in just comes up with the def...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
We really should be able to import tracks direct from a CD.
Having to use a third party program to rip the track then import
it into Mixcraft is unnecessary and time consuming.
Other DAWs let you do it,why not Mixcraft.
Software should be easy to use,how easy would this be?

Re: Import from CD
I have just moved from Sonar to Mixcraft Pro Studio7.
In Sonar you click on import audio and choose Audio CD.
The cd in the ROM drive is then accessed and its contents listed.
You just choose which track you want and it imports it onto a track.
It's just more convenient.

Re: Adding my Universal Audio Plugins?
Hi Guys
This problem has now been sorted.
Even though Universal Audio are not VST plugins their location on the hard drive
still goes in the Manage Plugins window and Mixcraft scans them and recognises them.
Excellent
