You should be able to de-ess using the auto filter effect that comes with Mixcraft. Just figure out how to set it as a "notch filter" and get rid of the frequencies around 10.2 khz. Ask the moderators how to make a notch filter. I'm not familiar with their particular auto filter. By the wa...

There is some freeware you can download to simulate guitar amps, but if you have the money, you should buy Virtual Guitarist, which comes with an excellent array of amps. But first make sure that this software supports it.

Just wondering if there is any special place in a song track that the ISRC marker belongs. You can't put it right at the beginning because there is already a start marker.
