Thank you to all that replied.
The videos don't mention what DAW is being used. Is there a way to get around it by running Melodyne in stand alone mode, or will track mode be available in an upcoming upgrade?

Melodyne - multiple tracks
Does anyone know how to work with more than one track in a Melodyne window as in this tutorial video from Melodyne. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbMHNp3vpWE I can't figure out how to get more than one track in the Melodyne window. I have Mixcraft 9 pro and Melodyne 5 Studio. Thanks in advance for...

Re: Two Measure ( or more ) MIDI loop
Thank you Greg. That worked. Embarrassingly simple. Not sure why I didn't figure it out myself. Thank you so much for the quick reply and your expertise.

Two Measure ( or more ) MIDI loop
This is probably a newbe kind of questions even thought I've been using Mixcraft for a number of years. I'm trying to program a MIDI drum loop but can't seem to get anything but a single measure loop. I'd like to be able to program a beat loop pattern that lasts two or more measures before repeating...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
Something I would love to see in Mixcraft 10. The ability to import tempo maps. i can't be the only one who has live recordings that would love to be able to easily add extra drums or other instruments synced to the live recording. Melodyne has the ability to make a tempo map of a recoding provided ...

Re: Pianissimo Tuning
Thank you Trevor for the reply. Unfortunately the difference between the recorded pitch and the piano pitch is less than a semitone. Probably a few cents. I may need to use another piano if pianissimo is not tunable. Thank you though.

Pianissimo Tuning
Sorry if this has been asked before. I can't get search to work. I'm trying to add a Pianissimo track to an existing recording. The recording is from a cassette take and is not tuned to standard 440 making Pianissimo out of tune with it. Of all the Pianissimo setting, I don't see a tune option. Is t...

Re: My Work Around To Add A Tempo Track MC8
I was hoping for the ability to import a tempo map in Mixcraft 9. Unfortunately no joy. Mixcraft 9 has tempo automation which is the reverse of tempo mapping. It adapts the audio to match what Mixcraft says the tempo should be, often with weird artifacts, rather than Mixcraft adjusting it's tempo to...

Re: Question about Melodyne tempo maps
Tempo mapping is a feature that would be of great interest to me. I have a large number of live recordings of our band that I would love to be able to sync assorted virtual instruments to, especially drums that didn't record well originally. Melodyne is able to make an accurate tempo map of the reco...

Re: Melodyne 4 Studio -> Rewire -> Mixcraft 8 Pro
Thanks Jlouvar for the reply. I do use Melodyne within Mixcraft for pitch correction etc. but I haven't been able to make tempo detection work from within Mixcraft. According to the Melodyne documentation, tempo detection only works when Melodyne is running in stand-alone mode and I was able to conf...

Melodyne 4 Studio -> Rewire -> Mixcraft 8 Pro
I have Melodyne 4 Studio 64 bit and I'm trying to use it in Mixcraft 8 Pro 64 bit. I'm opening Mixcraft and then opening the stand-alone version of Melodyne so I can use the tempo identification feature on an existing audio file. I can add a Rewire track in Mixcraft and see Melodyne. In Melodyne I c...

Re: Delay Synced to Tempo
Thanks again for the help. My calculations for triplets came out to a delay time of about 127 ms. By ear I had been using 124 ms so I was in the ball park. I'm using this with tom tom hits. I actually find that I like the effect if the delay is not exactly on beat. That way the tom tom echoes are ev...

Re: Delay Synced to Tempo
Thank you Mark for the good information. I'll be doing some calculations. Currently 158 BPM and I'm wanting the echoes to sync to eight not triplets. Fairly straight forward math. Thanks again for the help.
