My Latest Release: Breakdown (A Funk Decision)
Hello All. Here's my latest. The vocals are royalty free (albeit generously edited) but all the music is my own creation done 100% in Mixcraft 10. Enjoy!

Re: Recording the Output of an Instrument Track (i.e. Resampling)
Hello Passionpasi
Wow! That not only solved the issue at hand, but answered several other routing questions I had in the back of my mind.
How crazy is it that you only posted that video a few days ago, just in time for me to learn !?!
Many, many thanks!!!!

Recording the Output of an Instrument Track (i.e. Resampling)
Hello I've been messing about with creating drones from the tails of heavily reverbed one-shots and it seems that the topic of resampling always comes up. In most cases, the resampling is done by recording the output of one track onto another. Can someone suggest how to do this in Mixcraft (or point...

Re: Version 10.5 manual
Whenever there is a Mixcraft update, where I can I go to see what's included?
I always update, but I'm usually clueless on 95% of the additions and fixes.
(I'm usually clueless on 95% of life, really...)
Thanks!

Brewtown Eatery in Milwaukee
I was looking at the Mixcraft 10 User Guide to see if there was a way to associate notes and velocity values (i.e. the higher the note the higher the velocity) to automate some synth patches I had created and I ran across some fun little gems in along the way! I found this little gem on page 274 and...

Re: Mixcraft ideas
It would be neat if there was a track size option that allowed the name of the track to be listed out above the track controls. (i.e. use the full width of the track control area)

Scale Mappings?
Hello Are the scale mappings stored in a file similar to how drum mappings are stored? If so, in what folder would they be located? I was thinking about saving off the original file as a backup and seeing if I could create maps of the Phrygian, Lydian, Locrian, and Octagonic scales. (because I'm tha...

Re: Transport Bar BPM Value and Markers
That is good to know!!! Thanks again Greg! So, the workaround for now is to click after the last track marker and change the master transport then.

Re: Transport Bar BPM Value and Markers
it appears that all the markers have tempo enabled I thought the same thing when I ran across this issue last night and actually went into each marker several times to ensure that they were not enabled. They each somehow becomes enabled when I enter the tempo. Going in and manually clearing each ma...

Re: Transport Bar BPM Value and Markers
I opened the project in which I was working, made sure the markers (except the one at the start) did not have any tempos assigned. The tempo was at 140 BPM in the transport bar. Then I adjusted the tempo transport bar to 120 BPM, which immediately assigned it to the marker at 219 on the timeline. I ...

Re: Transport Bar BPM Value and Markers
Thank you for looking into this and raising filing a bug. When I discovered this, I opened another project on which I had been working and checked the markers. None of them had the tempo box checked, yet attempting to change the tempo in the transport resulted in the new tempo being assigned to a ma...

Re: Transport Bar BPM Value and Markers
Hello and Thank You for the quick response! I'm using Build 584. In the past, whenever I wanted to change the tempo of the entire project , I would do so in the transport bar. It never affected my markers and the whole project would be at a new BPM. I've done this hundreds of times with the same res...
