In order to help you we need more details of what is going on, what controller are you using? do you have it connected via USB or via MIDI port? What preset or sound are you triggering in Mixcraft? What Audio driver are you using? If you use the Windows driver, what volume do you have in Windows set...

and also the definition of the interface, Mixcraft is the only DAW that the graphics are always cloudy/blurry or out of focus, if we compare it with Reaper where the GUI is of very high definition...it is only appreciable on 4K monitors.

I couldn't replicate the error because I uninstalled it and now re-installed it started okay ...Thanks Greg anyway, maybe someone behind will be able to replicate it again...
