Hi Greg,
I'll do some more tests before to make sure the problem is constant.
Thx

Re: Major timing flaw while loop recording audio ???
Okay, I found the cause... It doesn't happen in my small projects, only in my big templates. Only when I load 194 instances of VSTi, when my RAM is loaded at 18GB (on 64GB, so nearly 33%) and the CPU and system gauges, in Mixcraft, indicate 12%~15% (when I press play), Mixcraft cuts the release trai...

Re: Major timing flaw while loop recording audio ???
I found a similar problem when playing virtual instrument clips in a loop (marker) and it's extremely frustrating... ...Mixcraft does not let the "release tail" of the notes that are very close to the loop end marker. The sound is then abruptly muted/chopped (causing a crackling sound) eac...

Re: Guys can you please help at all?
Interesting! The metronome sound uses master track, so if there is a lot of latency (project with several effects, high buffer setting, etc.) it can affect the metronome sound click/master track, indeed!

Re: Guys can you please help at all?
This is happening on everything I record. Everything needs to be shifted 1/32nd to the right as everything except for the first note (midi) or sample (audio) is being recorded 1/32nd too early. I'm not sure I understand or you confuse left/right. :? If you must shift notes to right , it's because t...

Yes Ian, Chordz it's excellent for make chord/chord progressions ( I tried it ). In fact, all codefn42 MIDI plugins are very useful. Besides, they're free! And available in 32bit/64bit! This is why I shared the link in the other thread . I knew it might interest many of you. Another cool free...

Re: Ignore / Force MIDI Note Velocity
Hi dpaterson, No, it's not possible with Mixcraft. I have already made this suggestion and some members have told me that it has already been requested several times. :( But until this function is implemented, there are two workarounds solutions : 1- In fact, it's usually possible to adjust the velo...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
In FL Studio you can see other midi tracks' notes as shadows inside the current midi track you're editing. This is quite nice to get an overview of the song and to time notes properly. Yep! Indeed... ...And if you right click on the "ghost~shadowed" note, you jump into the corresponding p...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I'm not sure I understand what you mean ( English is not my first language ), but this gives me an idea... In other DAWs, like Studio One, for example, there are tabs that let us see/choose all the VSTi ( open in the project ) in the same window, like this : so_tabs.jpg But, personally, in Mixcraft,...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I'm doing an animated gif for the basic idea, but I have somme other idea to test (while the week-end. Now, I have to leave) :

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I had never tried the performance mode because I don't use live clips like dj's. .... but I just realized that I could use it to classify~stock patterns I create in the time line ( intro, verse chorus, bridge, end, etc. ), by drag & drop them into performance slot ... .... then to be able to reu...

...will concentrate on the button in the piano roll today to see if I can confirm. Me too, while the week-end. I think I will be able to reproduce ( with video capture + crash log ), if it can help the dev team. If some other users want to test, just do play loop in the piano roll — using the green...
