I simply put my headphones on and adjust the tracks playback level on the computer just so i can hear myself sing while im also hearing the tune.

Not hard to do really.

But i can understand why some serious vocalists out there would want a more professional method for that.

Mixcraft does so much for a very reasonable price, i don't understand why some people would wanna crack it, cracking crooks like Microsoft is something i can understand up to a certain point, but the Acoustica team? no way!

I'd say 1 gigabyte would make Mixcraft run smoother, but you should be fine with what you have as long as you fine tune your computer, take a look on your task bar at the very end of the bottom right where the clock is, try to shut down any program that you don't truly need while running mixcraft, (...

I say just find a couple of friends you have some tunes you all like in common, learn to play some of them, and try to jam all together and find some riffs on your own. Music is just music anyways, there will never be another Era in time where we'll see phenomenons like "The Beatles" or &q...

Mixcraft is a recording software, it can record anything you feed it regardless of the source, what will make the difference is how good or how bad your vocal really is. You want to have an analog compressor between your mic and mixcraft, always better to compress the vocals before they get in than ...

A Mic input is always mono regardless what sound board you use.

You have to feed your signal to the Stereo "Line In" if you want to obtain a stereo signal to record.

And then select the proper recording source of the given track you wish to record on of course.
