Yeah but stupid me bypassed my recycling bin so I wouldn't have to take the time to empty it later . So does that mean they are gone completely?

Okay, so I accidentally deleted two files I recorded tonight. Now I know there is a temporary folder with files in it. How do I retrieve these files? They are .ipk and I have no idea how to bring them back. I understand they are compressed but how do I get them back? Please any help will be greatly ...
