Midi playing back faster than recorded
Hopefully I can get a bit of help with this issue. My comp has a 3.00GHZ dual core Pentium processor 64 bit with 8 gigs of ram running windows 10 and Mixcraft 8. The issue I'm having is when I record Midi with either my Alesis Q49 keyboard or my Alesis DM6 drumset, the audio recorded is being played...

If your looking for advice on doing vocal tracks I like to record the vocals with a hardware based compressor and then use the Acoustica compressor, Acoustica EQ, Acoustica reverb and maybe some delay or chorus then put another compressor on all of that.

Thanks for the response Greg. I have a ticket open with Acoustica about this issue and did as you described and sent the log immediately after the audio device muted itself.
