I'm not really familiar with that - but flipping tthrough the manual I didn't see anything where you could drag a clip out of that into a DAW. there was lots of modifying and dragging things within the program itself to build and change things. Maybe someone else has more insight into it.

Not all VSTis allow dragging MIDI data. It's not a universal function. Specifically, what sequencer or arpeggiator are you trying to drag a clip from?

I have no idea about "similar to Protools" but yes. You can change speed. Time adjustments with and without pitch shift. Also MIDI tempo changes. You can do automated time changes on the Master bus too.
