I just bought Mixcraft 10... I did download the trial but didn't get a chance to try it out. So today is my first day and I'm running into a problem trying to start my first project. I'm trying to use Neural DSP Soldana vst3 plugin but when I try and load it Mixcraft 10 freezes?

I was wondering if there's any benefit with having so many cores and threads for Mixcraft? I found when using Kontakt in Mixcraft with my Ryzen 7 2700x (it has 8 cores 16 threads)for example things would start to pop and lag when adding lots of instruments. Would the 14700k from Intel be a worthy up...

What level should vocals be recorded at? Say even spoken word with an sm7b for best results? Is there a video on this? Obviously don't want too loud so it's clipping but also not too quiet that it's not optimal.

Hi Guys, Thinking of buying a Rode SoundField for surround sound recordings. It says in the Rode instructional video you need to have a daw capable of more than 2 channels to do surround sound. It wasn't easy but there was a conflict between Mixcraft, Spitfire and my Keyboard. So I had to change all the CC settings in Spitfire for what control did what and delete many. Then on my keboard I had to individually change the knobs to a level that matched mixcrafts defaults.

It's complicated.

I finally fixed it. Man that was horrible lol.
