The easiest way to remove unwanted noises is cut/delete those parts and bounce/weld the remaining clips back together.
Not sure about MC but other DAWS will retain the original clips after editing in the audio folder in case you ever want to reuse them.

Re: Request for scroll bar design change for mixcraft 9
You can edit them manually using a photo editor. Search the mixrez folder for "scroll-bars-xxx.png".
Or you can swap most any MC9 file with MC8 files. MC8 files are in the mixrez/skins/mix8 folder.
Back up or save any originals you change.

Re: Two Issues with MC 9
Yes. I set both % and dB and the nodes followed for each one. It sounds like you may have something else going on for the issues you raise.

Re: Mixcraft 9 Muted Clip Texture Issue
+1.
I assume you're talking about the "mute-clip-track-non-trans.png" file?
If so, simply deleting the line in "mixskinV8.ini" should do the trick.

Re: Two Issues with MC 9
Sorry, but the automation dB vs % thing works for me in MC9 462.
But I agree on the undocked window sizing issue. Standard Windows Minimize/Restore/Maximize/Close buttons should be retained on any window capable of such.
BTW, thanks for making the docked windows separable.

Re: Can we have please the old skin back? Or at least an option to change colors?
Quick answer: Can you be more specific? Not so quick answer: Probably in the mixskin.ini file under "New sound panel stuff" Is this what you're looking for:? ; New sound panel stuff ;--------------------------- [sound2-important-panel] solid color.r = 90 solid color.g = 90 solid color.b = 90 [sound2...

Re: Start Menu Icon
Wasn't aware this could be done in Win 10 but it's now possible for all start menu tiles. Just add the Assets folder, xml file and a new graphic.

Re: Clip Names Colour
Yup, latest update applied. It's a hassle updating my sig every time so I may just delete that reference.
I prefer White text on clips. The only colors that work with black text for me are Gray and Yellow and I hardly use those.

Re: Clip Names Colour
This was changeable in v8 mixskin.ini "[clip-text color]".
In v9 the line is still there but has no affect on the color. Same with "[clip-data color]".
Is it possible to have these changeable again? I find the dark text hard to see on some of the clips.
Thanks.

Can we make the Update announcement post a sticky at the top so we don't have to hunt for it? It's currently on page 4.

Re: Start Menu Icon
Good find. That's it.
It uses mixcraft9.VisualElementsManifest.xml to trigger it.
You can create a similar file & folder for MC8 if you want it to have a custom tile icon.
