Re: POWER USAGE WINDOWS 10
Hi, Sorry if this has been posted as a suggestion before but from my read through I couldn't see it being mentioned. OP you said that your A.I was connected to your machine through an A.C powered Hub, have you tried hooking up the 2i2 to the computer directly? By that I mean bypassing the USB Hub an...

Re: CASIO CT-670 as midi keyboard
Hi, I had a similar issue with a £5 USB to midi cable that I ordered from Amazon which I believe was from China. My thoughts could be that the cable may be the issue here as sometimes I had limited polyphony and other times it was fine, just depended what mood it was in. The best chance once you hav...

Re: error code when trying to save project as mp4 file
Hi Lee,
I've had this problem previously, but managed to fix it by saving my project and closing Mixcraft then re-opening as an administrator which seemed to fix it.

Mixcraft 9 with Behringer X-Touch
Hi all, Been looking at Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio for a while now and it seems like it has gone down well with everyone on here so I am looking to give it an upgrade and transition up from MX 8. One of the main things I haven't heard mentioned is the Mackie Control Protocol for use with Control Surfaces...

Re: How to connect Yamaha Motif Rack with Mixcraft?
How will you be recording with it? Are you going to simply record the audio into MC or will you use MC as a midi sequencer? The reason I ask is because I’m fairly certain the original Motif Rack also has a software editor. If you’re midi recording the editor should show up like a VST within MC. Sqk...

Re: How to connect Yamaha Motif Rack with Mixcraft?
Hi GovernmentMule, It would definitely make a change from the virtual instruments thats for sure! Looking forward to using it going forward for productions. In regards to your question I have neither the ES or XS as those were slightly more expensive since they had to come from Japan, I have the fir...

How to connect Yamaha Motif Rack with Mixcraft?
Hello guys, I've finally been able to purchase my dream rack after 10 years the Yamaha Motif Rack, however I am unsure how I would be able to integrate it into my setup with Mixcraft. The rack has a USB socket which transfers midi signals as well as 5 pin analogue midi sockets and line outs. The cur...

Re: Best Audio USB Input For Mixcraft?
Hey guys,
I upgraded from a Scarlett 2i2 v1 to M-Audio's latest eight input interface called the M-Track Eight. Works better with Mixcraft than the Scarlett imo and allows you to record 8 things at once
Not sure on current pricing as I got mine on sale but it was bang on £150

Anyone use Windows 8.1? Is it any good? I have a copy that I never installed due to how bad Windows 8 was back in the day - the whole reason I went back to 7

Re: Will future versions of Mixcraft work on Win7?
Thanks for the replies guys, it seems Microsoft has sorted out most of the issues since I last looked into it from the sound of things. The only issue is the deployment in the sense of turning off all the default crap that it seems to be on by default during first installation that may mess with Mix...
