Re: Snap in automation won't disable
Yes, you're precisely correct. I neglected to mention that it seems to be relative to db as opposed to left and right. It can sometimes feel like that but that's just because of the extra element to juggle. Perhaps there is a way to disable the db snapping in automation already and we're just unawar...

Re: Snap in automation won't disable
Hey thanks for a better articulation of where the issue presents cactus-head! I find that to be precisely my issue and zooming in (where you would need the detail most) appears to make it more prone to snap at least in my experience. Thanks for the speedy responses guys.

Re: Snap in automation won't disable
Hi Greg, sorry for the late reply. So it's not the regular snap setting. This seems totally exempt from those rules. Even with the setting you suggested ticked to off, when performing volume line automation on a selected clip/track there seems to be a limit to how intricate you can be. I'll be frank...

Snap in automation won't disable
Greetings, great work on Mixcraft 10 by the way. Upgraded yesterday. I'm trying to do some volume automation and I have a terribly frustrating issue where even when snap is disabled, I will still encounter snapping when trying to either create new anchor points via ctrl+click, or when I click the li...

Re: Tips for ADHD Vocalists
Shot you a PM. A couple follow-ups for anyone in the know: If I got a new sound card, would I be able to use its ASIO drivers to get 0 latency audio monitoring with my Yeti Blue? Yes, I know it features its own audio monitoring but the problem isn't that so much as being able to monitor it in Mixcra...

Tips for ADHD Vocalists
Hello. I have a Yeti Blue microphone and an isolation shield. I have sortof set my room up as best as I can comfortably allow for recording vocals. I really feel like I may be repeatedly recording fine vocals and just need to understand producing them. I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to loo...

Re: [RANT] Whatever. I'm done with this stupid program.
Hi all! Man it really put a huge smile on my face reading these replies. Definitely not done with Mixcraft. What a wholesome response and welcome. I'm not sure how nerdy you folks are, but I feel like Mara Jade and y'all are Luke Skywalker. There's still good in me! After stepping away the other nig...

Re: [RANT] Whatever. I'm done with this stupid program.
Hi Greg, I'm stepping away from it tonight, but wanted to come back to the thread to say I've taken a few minutes to compose myself and wished to apologize for my above hostility. I felt reasonably safe ranting here because you guys seem to react well to it on the daily. I realize for sure this is u...

[RANT] Whatever. I'm done with this stupid program.
I don't even know if I'm cognitively capable of receiving help right now. I'm just so furious with this that I'm just about to give up altogether. I'm sick and tired of trying to mix something down and either It crashes It gives loud stuttering and pops, playing slowly Absolutely unpredictable EARSP...

Re: Tips For Amateur Vocalists On Reducing White Noise/"Hiss"
Thanks for the tips guys! I think I have an idea of part of the culprit. It might be the fan on my computer.
I'll investigate quietening it. In the meantime can you describe how to use the built-in noise reduction?

Tips For Amateur Vocalists On Reducing White Noise/"Hiss"
Howdy! I've purchased Mixcraft Pro Studio 8 recently and really liked some of the plugins that came with it. I have a condenser mic which has a power supply and I have a closet that I've put up some soundproofing foam, in addition to a microphone stand w/shield, and I'm still noticing white noise/&q...
