When I go to "Recent Projects", every one on the list will load except one. When I try to load that one, Mixcraft simply shuts down. I see from the bottom of the Mixcraft screen that the project tries to load, gets to about 75% and then the program closes.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Re: Odd Mixing Issue
Thanks....have not had a chance to try that, but oddly when I moved my pan setting to either side (let's say 25%) that vocal track played in the center! So solved via a workaround, but want to try your suggestion soon.

Odd Mixing Issue
I'm mixing a project with four vocal tracks and two acoustic guitar tracks. All the vocal tracks are panned center. When I solo each of them they are panned center as desired. But, with respect to one vocal track, when I listen to it along with one rhythm guitar track (which is panned about 60% to a...

Re: Odd Tempo Issue
Was able to get back to it today. On the Sound tab, with Project Tempo off and Time Stretch set at 100%, it seems fixed. I still sense a bit of time discrepancy, and have fiddled with the Stretch percentage -- 100% is as close as I can get it. May still use an older mix, resetting effects and their ...

Will try both of those as soon as I can get back to Mixcraft. Thanks for the suggestions…

Re: Odd Tempo Issue
Thanks...but don't think that's it. The vocal track in question was recorded by me on Mixcraft, and not imported from another. Never changed the sample rate ever during the project. Odd, huh?
Thanks for the suggestion.....

Odd Tempo Issue
In my most recent mix of a project, with the key and tempo set for the entire project, one vocal track plays back at about twice the speed of all the other tracks! I listened to an earlier mix, and tempo was consistent across all tracks. I can think of nothing I did to cause that one vocal track's t...

Re: Panning a Clip
Thanks..I appreciate what has been sent, and I watched the video. But I still can't seem to confine my pan to the short clip which I want moved away from center. I shall keep trying....!!!

Panning a Clip
I've read the (not overly helpful) Mixcraft manual and gone to forums, but I still can't find out how to change the pan of a clip, rather than of an entire track. We are doing a song with call/response vocals in the refrain and I want to pan the refrain clips only. Advice, please!

Re: Vocal "Tonal Quality"
Thank you sir. The lack of clarity/precision in my question reflects my placement on the learning curve -- pretty darned low. But your response is very help in terms of how to process the tracks that I have and pull them together in the end. I appreciate you taking the time to offer these tips. Dick43

Re: Vocal "Tonal Quality"
Forgot to add that when I am in Mixer, with all vocal tracks sent to my vocal bus, no signal indicator responses show on that vocal bus when I play. The indicators DO move on the individual vocal tracks. Just from listening, via headphones or monitors, I hear very little of the effects I experiment ...

Re: Vocal "Tonal Quality"
Next problem...I have learned how to create a Vocal Bus track. I've taken all effects (except Vocal Doubling) off the individual tracks, and put the TB Spacial Balance effect on the Vocal Bus track. I can't seem to hear any difference between when I "solo" or when I "mute" the Vo...
